Sasaba Washed is here to follow on the heels of our Sasaba Natural release. This washed lot sparkles with notes of jasmine, lemon meringue, and nectarine. These flavors can be attributed to the local terroir, the 48 - 72 hour fermentation, and the careful drying on raised beds in the sun for 7 to 8 days.
