Process: Fully Washed

Harvest: Summer 2017

This is our second year purchasing coffee from La Flor del Zapote. From our importer, Farm to Roast: The farm is now four decades old and run by Rony Lavan and his family of 8. The production is managed mainly by the family with the help of 5-7 local workers hired during the harvest season. Surrounding fruit trees provide shade coverage and only organic fertilizers are used.
